Award Winning Designs

 When any company enters for an award, its important that the award entry looks just as professional and innovative as the company itself. Trident designed award entries for Hopkins Homes and Weston Homes Plc at the recent What House? Awards 2011. This is one of the most prestigious events in the calendar for housing developers in the whole of the United Kingdom, widely referred to as the 'Oscars' of the New Homes industry.

 

With two completely different innovative award entry concepts being used for both developers, we ensured that the identities of both clients stayed true to their individual styles yet equal on impact with the judging panel. When some design companies read the entry guidelines as '..each entry must not be larger than A4 and be supplied in a ring binder..' that's exactly what they do, when Trident Design read these guidelines, the creativity and innovative thinking really kicks into overdrive in a way that only Trident can. The design, presentation method, use of the latest materials combined with usability and clarity ensure that we raise the bar of presentation time after time.

 

Hopkins Homes were awarded their first ever Gold Award in the company's history for the category of Best Brownfield Development for Tibbys Triangle, Southwold. This was the first time that Trident had designed an award entry for Hopkins Homes, who are so very proud of their achievement. Weston Homes Plc, a company that Trident have been designing award entries for many years with great success, won no less than three categories including - Gold Award for Best Interior Design and Silver Award for Best House at their Kings Island development in Uxbridge, together with the Silver Award for Best Medium Housebuilder.

Trident Awarded 2 New Developments

 Following on from the very successful launch of the Hopkins Homes developments 'Abbotts Grove' in Saxmundham and 'Martellos' in Felixstowe; We are very proud to announce that we have been awarded two further developments by Hopkins Homes. Both 'St Andrews Place' in Kilverstone, Norfolk and 'Nightingale Place' in Reydon, Suffolk will be launched in early January 2012.

We will be responsible for creating the development's name and identity as well as the production of all sales & marketing literature including the computer generated imagery. We will also be designing and installing the sales suite and all internal and external site signage as well as designing all local and national advertising.

We are looking forward to working again with such a prestigious developer as Hopkins Homes, with all our staff eager to once again impress not only our client but the visiting public.

 

Trident success at Overseas Exhibition!

 Due to the overwhelming success of the Macau and Hong Kong Property Show in March 2011 - Trident Marketing are proud to announce that the recent October 2011 Investor Tour was also a phenomenal success. There were 35 confirmed sales including 30 apartments and 5 houses. This generated over £10 million worth of sales revenue for our client. The show was the first time that our client has taken a non - London based housing development overseas. The project took place across 3 locations; Hong Kong, Macau and for the first time the exhibition went to Zhuhai in mainland China.

 Trident worked closely with the agents in Hong Kong and arranged the tour including the booking of the 1000 sq ft exhibition space, designing and producing all the Sales, Marketing & Advertising literature, Exhibition stands and arranging all the shipping of the entire show. Richard was also there to ensure that the exhibition was set up on time ready for the clients arrival on the 21st October. There was a Pre-Launch evening show on the 21st October, followed by the show opening to the general public on Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd October. On the 24th October, Trident dis-mantled the entire exhibition and send it to Zhuhai ready for the show on the 27th October. The exhibition was then dis-mantled again and shipped to Macau ready to open from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th October. The entire exhibition will now be returned to our clients Headquarters.

The Investors Tour proved overwhelmingly successful and there are already discussions in place to organise a further show next March.

NSPCC GOLF DAY SUCCESS!

The NSPCC appointed Trident Marketing to organise their first ever Charity Golf day at The Grove, Chandlers Cross in Hertfordshire on the 7th October. 15 teams competed with companies such as Swiss Re, Weston Homes, Brighthouse and Essex Audi enjoying 18 holes of golf on a stunning Championship course.

After a fantastic days golf and competitions, many of the golfers were joined by evening guests to attend a Gala Dinner with Charity auction & Prize Giving within the 5 Star hotel.

The day was a great success and along with the auction we are proud to announce that total money raised was £13,748.00

Trident Marketing are very proud to announce their newest member of staff - Natalia Vidal. Natalia will be Trident's first ever apprentice! She will complete various NVQ levels as well as in house and off site training to gain her apprenticeship to become an internal Sales Manager. We are pleased to welcome her to the Trident Team.

Launch of Saxton Park

On Tuesday 6th September, Richard Pearce attended the official launch of the new ‘Saxton Park’ development which has been built on the site of Gray’s Athletic Football Club. Trident Marketing were heavily involved with the development and are responsible for the naming of the site which was inspired by the Saxton brothers – Jeff & Fred who served the football club as twin managers for nearly three decades. Trident also designed and developed the corporate identity for the site as well as designing and producing a stunning sales & marketing brochure. The development of 95 spacious 2 bedroom apartments and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses was officially opened by local celebrity Ex – Arsenal Player Ray Parlour who played at the Grays FC ground in his younger days. Trident Marketing designed all the local and national newspaper and magazine launch adverts and will continue to produce all of the developments subsequent local & national advertising.
