Case Study – Property Show Exhibition
Trident Marketing managed the 'Property Show' on behalf of Weston Homes Plc. Creating a design for the show identity, then applying the branding across all mediums including; Newspaper Advertising, Email Campaigns, E-Banners, Event Invitations and Programs, Floor Plan Guides and all Event Signage.
Trident also acquired the mailing list data for prospective property investors and produced a mail-out to over twenty thousand contacts. Not stopping there, Trident also received and monitored the responses from the mailing, reporting on a daily basis the details and attending figures for the events to the client.
In addition to the main event, Trident also managed the preview evening on Thursday 12th April at the Westbury Hotel, Bond Street, London. This included liaising with the Hotel, full logistics, exhibition graphics, Audio visual equipment and power point presentations, all installed within two hours and then dismantled and removed that evening ready for use the next day for the main event set up.
Trident Marketing took complete control of the main event, including booking the guest speaker - Melissa Porter (as seen on BBC's To Buy or Not To Buy), who did a forty-five minute presentation on the current housing market.
